Sutter speaks about his new book The Awake Journal, the Four Foundations for Happiness - Exploration - Know Yourself - Meaning - Presence - and shares many practical skills to boost our happiness. Sutter blends the wisdom of many great thinkers including Epictetus, Aristotle, Thich Nhat Hanh, The Dalai Lama and William James with his own unique experiences and anecdotes.
