I’ve been getting a lot of requests to share some specific imaginal techniques that have radically changed my life for the better in a very short period of time.

I can vouch for the efficacy of these techniques through direct experience, but PLEASE don’t take my word for it.

My favorite thing about these techniques is you can try them yourself to see if they work.

If they don’t, then I’m just a nutball with a podcast who think consciousness precedes external reality. But if they do work then you got some stuff to sort out.

The basic guidelines before getting started:

  1. Have an ethical framework or foundation you bring to your imaginal acts. Personally, I like the Golden Rule and Know Thyself as my go to ethical guidelines.

  2. If my premise is accurate and imagination literally creates reality as we know it, that’ gonna change your world. Be ready for that. It’s hard to go back once you’ve drunk from these waters.

  3. Have fun, stay cool and bring love.

That’s it.

Techniques covered in this episode:

  1. Imaginal Acts / Selecting Your Reality With Imagination

  2. The Art Of Revision / Healing Trauma + Rewriting The Past with Imagination
