Producer Jeff Bolton - B2A Spirit Bomber Flight
Manage episode 237290176 series 2517070
In 2018 Bolton became the first person in the history of the B-2A Spirit stealth bomber program to both fly and film aboard the highly classified jet. Bolton has flown in more than thirty current and vintage fixed and rotary wing combat aircraft including the B-2A Spirit, B-52H Stratofortress, FA-18D Hornet, AV-8B Harrier, F-16D Viper, and AH-1W Cobra.
Jeff is also in another extremely rare club – he’s one of the few civilians in the world to complete the U.S. Navy’s grueling water survival training program for pilots, enabling him to fly in front line military combat jets and helicopters at sea in the carrier environment with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. He has completed carrier operations at sea on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), with multiple catapult launches and arrested landings in the Hornet.
