Tim is a 17-year veteran of law enforcement who focused primarily as a gang officer in South Los Angeles with the LAPD. Now retired, Tim is passionate about improving officer safety and uses his experience to develop effective officer safety products through CLEAR (Creative Law Enforcement Advanced Resources Inc).
