Vinnie was a talent development executive at MTV from 1998-2007, involved with shows like The Osbournes, Newlyweds, Laguna Beach, The Hills and many more.
He then went back to his agency to continue building the biggest talent & social brands, implementing procedures for talent development departments across dozens of networks and production companies.

Vinnie is also the host of the podcast, I Have A Podcast, a collection of conversations with some of the most successful and mindful Creatives and Creators impacting today’s media, culture, and technology.

He inspires a host of modern creators to be more impactful by advising media strategies that allow them to ignite the conversation and community they want to connect with.
