Welcome to episode 20 of your weekly podcast, take another five. This podcast is hosted by Donna J Jodhan, i'm happy to be with you once more. Before we get started I'd like to tell you a little about myself. I live in Toronto Canada, and I am an author, blogger, editor, audio mystery writer, and entrepreneur and law student. Every week since July we've been bringing you these weekly podcast of five different segments. Before we get into it, let me tell you a little about what you will hear in the take another five weekly podcast.

This week we're going to start by giving you a recipe from the one dish Dinner category and is called Cashew chicken.

6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts

1 and ½ cups of cashews

1 cup of sliced mushrooms

1 cup of sliced Celery

1 10 & 3quarter ounce of condensed mushroom soup undiluted

1 and ¼ cup of chopped onion

2 table spoons of butter

1 and ½ table spoon of soya sauce

Hot cooked rice

Now combine chicken, cashews, mushroom, Celery, soup, onions, soya sauce in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours OR high 4-6 hours. Serve over your hot cooked rice. This makes 6 servings.

The second recipe is from the main dish category, and it’s Baked Barbeque chicken.

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts

1 cup of all purpose flour

6-7 slices of bacon

1 8 ounce can of mushroom pieces(drained)

1 and ½ cup of barbeque sauce

Now bake the chicken with flour in 13/9 inch baking pan at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. drain it and top it with the mushroom pieces and barbeque sauce. Bake for 15 minutes longer. This makes 4 servings.

Take another five with technology is all about technology. This week we would like to start by introducing you to the app called tune in Radio app. This app helps you to listen to the radio with your i-device. This is for everyone for all the radio lovers. This helps you to keep up-to-date with the news while you’re travelling, listen to radios from across the world. It helps me to learn various cultures, countries and improve my geography. Go to your app store from your i-device and download it for free.

Let’s discuss about the next in Technology segment and that Tech term. Most people do not know the term Broadband. Here’s the term Broadband means the high speed data transmission and a single cable can carry a large amount of data. The most common types of internet connection broadband are – Cable, Modem which we use the same connection as cable TV and DSL modems which uses the existing phone line because of its multiple channel capacity. Broadband has started to replace baseband. Companies like AT&T and SBC uses broadband. To know more goto www.futureaids.com for more information.

Take another 5 - In the end zone with the entrepreneur

This week I’ll discuss on How to choose your customers to attract to your business. Various factors like, The demographics – Age group of customers, The Geography – places you will be selling to cities, towns, internationally. The income bracket of your customers whether its low income, medium or high income group. These are all things you need to consider when thinking about the customers you want to attract to your business.

Take another five-beat the bullies and scams

This week’s scam alerts is companies looking for foreign reps. You receive an email that the companies are seeking foreign reps and they invite you to respond to the email. They pay you a lot and the email is enticing. So what you have to do it is read the email and just Delete it. If you have responded then you have given your email address and they will search all your details with your email. So just delete it!

Let's go on to building awareness about bullying. If you'd like to learn more about my efforts to build awareness against bullying, check out the campaign against bullying here. You need to know o different types of bullies. Different bullies are – classroom bullies, neighbourhood bullies, playground bullies among others. This list has grown for example the Cyber bully, the online bully. Our children now have more types of bullies to face. Even at our homes the bullying takes place. We can see on the face of our children. We need to be aware and coming up ways to overcome bully. I call it CAB – Campaign Against Bullying and I invite you all to join me.
