Jeff McMahon has been a trainer for almost a decade now and is the founder of Total Body Construction, an online fitness training platform. His degree is in Pre-med/Pre-pharm and he is dual certified in exercise science and sports medicine. His training style is different than most – by in large from his diverse background and expertise.
