Not all Connecticut transportation projects are on hold, despite a recent announcement made by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy that the state's transportation fund is running dry.

In an interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, Marc Fitch, investigative reporter for the Yankee Institute for Public Policy talked about how the state has bonded billions of dollars for projects that will go forward.

Fitch also talked about how the number of retired state employees collecting annual six-figure pensions has grown 1000% since 2010.
