On March 1, UNICEF sounded the alarm over a worldwide resurgence of measles. Cases of measles have spiked in several European countries recently, while over the last couple of weeks, a French family has been accused of "importing" the potentially deadly disease to Costa Rica. There's widespread concern about the falling take-up of vaccines in some parts of the EU, amid questions over how government policy, fake news and poverty come into the picture.
