In this episode, we have Stewart and Lujza from the Digital Mental Health Alliance talk about their goal to help a billion people with digital solutions for mental health.
They show how important it is to have a venue that brings together people who make mental health apps, experts, and investors.
The talk is about how many mental health apps haven't been proven to work and how important it is to get rid of the stigma surrounding mental health.
They stress the need to educate the industry and the public, promote goods and services that have been proven to work and build a community of support for people with mental health problems.

Stewart talks about how the cause is important to him because he has lost 11 founder friends to suicide and has struggled with his own mental health. He says that mental health needs to be a top priority in the business world and that the way people talk about getting help needs to change.
Lujza talks about how the mental health community is based on sensitivity and how app developers for mental health need to work together. They want people and groups to join the Digital Mental Health Alliance and help them improve access to safe and effective digital solutions for mental health.
