As many of you know, I had the chance to assist Coach Fred Castro this past season at Eastern Michigan. And, I became a huge fan of Coach Shane. And, there are a couple reasons, which we cover in this conversation, why I respect Coach Shane so much. I was so determined to highlight this great coach, husband, father, grandfather and man.
