Face front, true believers!

This episode we’re covering S1E4: ‘Doctor Octopus: Armed and Dangerous’.

Henry and Jack have a lot to say about Doc Ock. Is he a dark mirror image of Peter Parker? How many legs does he have anyway? And how exactly does he buy clothes in the first place? Will comic book science give Henry an aneurysm, or will he relax and embrace the Spider-mobile?

After our talk about the fourth episode of the series, we look into the origins of Doctor Octopus all the way back in The Amazing Spider-Man #3.

Then, for the fourth Weird Lore BS Corner, Jack talks to Henry about one of the most ridiculous and (in its own way) iconic Doc Ock storylines.

This week some technical difficulties involving a wild raccoon mean that we’ve seen an audio downgrade, but we’ve more than made up for it with more podcast titles than you can shake a mechanical tentacle at.

To check the runner-up titles out, and see some pictures to go along with the later segments, check out the full podcast notes at: Episode 4 – Doctor Octopus Logs In

A podcast for no one. If we get anything wrong, a wizard did it.
