Where does your moral compass point?

Is it inward towards what you can get from or what it'll cost you to care about and help your fellow man?

Does it point outward at those outside your tribe but ignores the same things you criticize them for within your own tribe?

Does it guide you to win at all costs by any means necessary no matter who you have to run over or throw under the bus?

If so, your moral compass is broken.

In order to fix this broken world, society needs to re-calibrate their compasses towards compassion, empathy, and kindness.

The first step in the calibration process is internalizing the first rule of the 21st Century Man code.

Don't be a dick.
