Brandon is currently navigating his first year of real estate investing while working a W2 tech sales job. He started his career as an entry-level salesperson at a couple start-ups before joining a Fortune 100 company and rising up the ranks there. He’s been working remotely since 2020 which really ignited his passion for finding ways to make money while being able to travel and being location independent. He explored a couple different side hustles in the digital marketing and social media space before deciding to put all of his focus into off-market real estate. He’s been wholesaling virtually from Chicago into the Charlotte market and is quickly gaining momentum after some early struggles.

Favorite quote: The man in the arena - Teddy Roosevelt

“It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself in a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.” Basically, he is giving credit to the man who tries hard things, fails over and over again, and keeps moving forward, as opposed to someone who never tries at all
