For this week’s Throwback Thursday, I revisit my interview with my good friend Matt Faletra. Matt is a husband, father and girls youth soccer coach. In addition to his small other small businesses, Matt turned his passion for barbecue into a growing brand called Buddy Boy BBQ. His sauces and rubs are now carried in several dozen stores and markets including Whole Foods. In this candid interview, I dug into what it really means to be a small business owner making it happen.
