Ian Brennan is Grammy-winning producer who has produced three other Grammy-nominated albums and published four books while also teaching violence prevention around the world since 1993 for such prestigious organizations as the Smithsonian, New York’s New School, Berklee College of Music, the University of London, UC Berkeley, and the National Accademia of Science (Rome). He has written about music for Guitar Player, Talkhouse, Huck, Songlines, Flood Magazine, Afropop Worldwide, Zero, Sound on Sound, and Tape Op. His work has been featured on the front page of the New York Times and in an Emmy-winning segment of “60 Minutes” with Anderson Cooper reporting.
