Let’s talk caffeine shall we? I’ll start by saying I’m a lover of coffee, I just love the delicious taste and my kind of treat is an iced Americano with soy milk from Starbucks or honestly any coffee shop I don’t care that is my go to order. But coffee - and not just coffee but caffeinated drinks - are one of those things that we need to practice moderation with when it comes to optimizing your health and I want to dive into that a bit more today.

What I cover:

  • How does caffeine impact your hormones
  • How does caffeine impact your sleep
  • Looking for the root cause to your caffeine-reliant behaviors
  • How much is too much?
  • Shifts you can make to reduce your total caffeine consumption
  • Q&A: Coffee enemas, sleep & hormone cycles

I’d love to know if you learned anything helpful from this episode - was there any lightbulb moment that gave you the motivation to curb your caffeine habit or did this episode simply reinforce what you already knew? Shoot me a DM on Instagram (@coachdianaleigh) and let me know. And if you know a caffeine addict in your life, send this episode their way. We all know one and this podcast episode can be helpful for them in nudging them in the right direction to start making changes or provide them the tools they need to do so.
