Summary:

In this episode I talk about how people are doing the best they can. How we should go into interactions realizing we don't ever know the full story, and therefore shouldn't assume. I also go into how we can apply this thought process to friends, family, co-workers and even ourselves.

In this episode you will learn:

  • We often set expectations too high
  • How we can be compassionate and not judge
  • I discuss how road rage is often a good example of this
  • Doing this can take the pressure off
  • Even with family and friends we don't know what's REALLY going on
  • Tim talks about how just because we can't see it doesn't mean people aren't struggling
  • Fear & Anger are often forms of self preservation
  • We are often striving for perfection which isn't possible
