This is a really fun conversation between three friends around our life's work, movement. We get into the depths of brain operation and movement, Austin has a rant on waistbands and plays devil's advocate about all the new research about external cueing being dominant to internal cueing. Michael's accomplishments as a chiropractor and movement guru are pretty phenomenal. Some of his titles he holds and has held over the years:
