They focus on a variety of delicious heritage meats, like bison, sheep, and deer, that most people can’t access because they aren’t readily commercialized. Doing so means they help retain the biodiversity created through centuries of animal husbandry. Orbillion is building upon the best in the food system and working directly with farmers for a new farm to table story.
