This time things are taken up a notch intellectually as we have Consultant Neuropathologist Professor (not Dr, we did check) Willie Stewart on for a chat.
Willie specialises in sports head injuries, examining the impact this has on the brain and the long term effects for athletes, both professional and amateur. It's a pretty hot topic at the moment so it was great to hear his thoughts on how research is developing and the variation in treatment across the three big sports of football, rugby and NFL.
We also find out exactly what his job title means, as well as dabbling in a bit of British & Irish Lions chat when we were anticipating the first test against the Springboks. It's a very interesting and eye opening chat, and of course a good few laughs along the way! The usual battle for Heroes & Zeros takes place and we pit the Professor against the speed round...
