Book of the Week: Healing is Voltage by Dr. Jerry Tennant. He addresses bowling ball syndrome, cranial sacral pump, Chinese medicine and measuring voltage in organs.

Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is the key to all body energy and the primary movers in the ATP cycle for myocardial muscle are CoQ10, L-Carnatine, Magnesium and Ribos. They have been shown to improve cardiac energy reserves.

A proper zinc to copper ratio in our bodies is important. Without zinc we can’t produce stomach acid that will lead to digestive problems and an inability to properly absorb nutrients.

Potassium – critical for maintaining muscle mass, bone density, steady heartbeat and supple arteries. It is important to get the bulk of our potassium from food (sweet potatoes, avocados, navy beans and winter squash are good sources).
