A website is a place where you put information.
Videos, text, images, or audio clips.
All of these things help people identify if you will solve their problem.

There is a 7-step rollout which I am a big fan of.
It is a combination of a couple of checklists.
I mentioned this in other videos.

The 7 steps are this
1. Start with the Hot Market.
You have to start with the problem you are trying to solve.
Then target the audience experiencing the problem.
Find a target problem you will solve.
With an avatar or audience who is having it.
Do not focus on the avatar.
Focus on the problem.

The problem is the market. The Avatar is the person.

For example, take housing.
You have a homeless person, and you have a rich one.
Both are having the same problem.
But you have two different avatars with different capacity to pay.
One that is broke and one is rich.
They both need a place to live.
Same problem.
But different avatars.
Find the problem you want to solve.
And then find the avatars.
Who is experiencing the problem?
Pick the ones you want to work with frequent your business.

2. Find or Create a Product / Service To Sell.

3. Write a promotion describing it and its benefits.

You'll have an ad.
Leading people to a page of some sort.
They can subscribe or opt-in.
Whatever it is to indicate they're interested.
But aren't sure yet.
Then you'll have a sales page, sales video, or sales letter.
Describing the benefits of your business.

You'll need an order form.
A way to collect money online.
Then you need an auto-responder.
Email follow-up.

So when someone becomes a lead, if they don't buy.
You can send them email messages.
Or if someone becomes a lead.
Then goes to the sales page and visits the order form but then leaves.
Because of different reasons.
You can remind them to check out.
Then you have to deliver what you've promised.

In terms of how to create a successful website business.
These are just the early stages of how you launch it.

Define the problem. Pick an avatar having the problem to market to.
Find or create a product or service to sell.
Create a promotion for it.

4. Run a test.
If your test is online, you want around 1,000 to 5,000 web visitors.
This may fluctuate.
Or if you only want a few hundred people but struggle to get a hundred.
To check out your store.
It is itself a problem you need to solve.

You need to figure out a way to get visitors to your site, every day.
Do you want to make sales every day?
I'm assuming you do.
If you want to get paid every day you have to figure out how to get traffic.
To your website. On a consistent basis.

There are only 3 ways to get Traffic:
You can 1. Buy it, 2. Borrow it, and 3. Build it.
You can pay for advertising.

You can build traffic with a podcast, a blog.
Or something people come to check- for updates.

Then borrowing is like an influencer.
They endorse your product, even if it's a paid for endorsement.
You don't have to build the following over 40 years.
The influencer did it for you.
You just have to pay them.
To get traffic.

Those are the three ways to get traffic:
