Today we bring you the first in a series of conversations we had while attending the Running USA Conference in Puerto Rico. We had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin Rutherford, CEO of Nuun Hydration.

Kevin gave a keynote on culture, so we have him share insights on why culture is important to an organization and especially for those in the endurance space. He discusses his approach to leading his company through empathy. Lastly, we chat about some of the highs and lows of Kevin’s career.
