Vijf jaar geleden startten, net zoals zoveel andere jonge gasten, Nothing But Thieves met hun band. Intussen zijn ze in thuisland Groot-Brittannië en ver daarbuiten uitgegroeid tot een groep die een grote toekomst voorspeld wordt. Het zegt ook wel wat als Muse je meeneemt op tour als support en je op je eigen tour in een venue speelt waar 6.000 man binnen kan.
Nog voor hun huidige Europese tour goed en wel begonnen was, stond er al een nieuwe concertdatum vast in België. Op 27 januari komen ze nog eens terug naar Trix, wij stapten op de tourbus op de eerste avond van hun Europese tour. Net voor hun uitverkochte concert in de Botanique in Brussel.
Conor (zanger) en Dominic (gitarist) maken het gezellig en praten over de lange tours rond de hele wereld, hoe ze daar soms moeite mee hadden en hoe ze het nu beter aanpakken. Het gaat ook over het maken van de nieuwe plaat ‘Broken Machine’, de prachtige cover art van het album en natuurlijk de muziek die er op staat. Check trouwens zeker de twee akoestische pareltjes helemaal achteraan de plaat.
