We need superheroes to stop diabolical murderers, scummy drug lords, dirty cops, sex traffickers, and cheating businessmen. If there is no “fear of God” or fear of punishment, criminals think they get unlimited “Get Out of Jail Free” cards. While a Christian is to model personal love and forgiveness in society, the civil government is to punish and avenge criminal evil. God said so...for Him...on earth!
