She is the author of Mommy Burnout, one of the top Parenting books of 2018 and winner of the Best Parenting/Family Book as awarded by International Latino Book Awards. Dr. Ziegler also wrote a chapter in Advice for Working Moms (Harvard Business Review Press) in May 2021 and was also a contributor to the book, Self-Care for New Moms. Her work is also featured in Find Your Unicorn Space by NYT best selling author, Eve Rodsky.

She is on a mission to change the healthcare landscape to thinking of self-care as health-care. She is a frequent keynote speaker on topics related to burnout, chronic stress, mental wellness in the workplace and parenting issues. She speaks to large companies and school districts around the world about how to best support the mental health of employees and their families.

In this episode, they discuss burnout, mom guilt and the ways in which we can combat these through meaningful connections with our people and setting boundaries. They also deep dive into female friendships and the very vital role it plays in physical and mental wellbeing.
