Sometimes we find ourselves in the middle of an opportunity that has the ability to change our life, yet we are not quite adequately trained to take the reins and run with it.
How we respond to these types of situations, is what can dictate our success or failure.
Our next guest, is another young Entrepreneur who was given the reins of operating a million dollar company, on his first day on the job. It helps that his father is the owner and CEO of the company. However that does not diminish the monumental task that was given to my guest, to make sure things were going to be run smoothly.
We were able to record this episode LIVE in the offices of my guest, and encountered a number of technical setbacks before the interview started. But my guest was a great sport, and we worked it all out in time to record this episode.
Many setbacks will come through on your journey. Truth be told, it is nearly one year since this episode was recorded, to its release. It very well might not have been aired, but persistence is one key trait of the successful and we have made it to this point today.
