Overthinking is what makes us human but it’s oftentimes a downward cycle. It can become a major problem! Now, the reason we have all have these what-if thoughts is to be sure we don’t get harmed or do the wrong thing - as the brain is designed to protect us. But when your thinking goes haywire, it can leave you overwhelmed, consumed and paralyzed. If you overthink everything you do OR feel the world is going to come crashing down upon you, this episode is for you! It's time to stop worrying about what other people think of you, mistakes you've made, long-term success or whatever it is that takes up unnecessary space in YOUR brain!
