This is my very first episode and very first podcast. This episode is about my journey to getting back on the bike as I suffer from chronic pain and been suffering mentally because of it and how getting back on the bike is helping me turn a corner. Future episodes will be focused on work I’ve done to the bike or any hints and tips I come across as well as Road Trips I go on and how I’ve managed the pain.
