Back in 2006-2008, we had some of the highest prices and valuations in real estate only for the market to come crashing down.

Fast forward to 2018 and we have markets where home prices are higher than the pre-recession years.

Does this mean we're destined for another recession, one even worse than the previous? Or does this simple mean these markets are thriving?
