The transformation between a salesperson and a coach is profiled, with the difficulty of getting oneself out of the way being noted. Jackie delves into the fundamental goals and methods of brain-based coaching, by building up the prefrontal cortex to properly manage the lymbic system. How can we build our neural networks to respond more essentially to situations in the present which may confound us?
