Fame can be a fickle friend. If you're lucky, it may give you 15 minutes in the spotlight before time moves on and you're forgotten by popular culture. The Country Music Unknown Legends Podcast highlights the lives and careers of artists and musicians from the late 40's and 50's who were on the cusp of breaking through to stardom. In fact, some had notable successes and achievements. Perhaps they just were born in the wrong decade or were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Either way, fame may have visited them briefly, but it didn't come to stay. Their contributions were valid and they lived their dream even if only for a moment in time.These are the unknown legends of Country Music.
