The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on neutralizing Workplace Racism. The purpose for this broadcast is to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the best strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in with details. We always appreciate the opinions of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" make your labor experience better. We'll exchange counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus encourages that Victims of Racism write down critical workplace incidence. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #BlackSelfRespect INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
