The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on neutralizing Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to enhance non-white people's problem-solving skills and to fine-tune how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the optimal strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in with details. We're always appreciate the opinions of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" makes your work experience better. We're in the middle of the "holiday season," we'll review tactics for surviving - or rejecting - office parties and how to decline gift-giving exercises. We'll exchange counter-racist techniques from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus encourages that Victims of Racism write down important workplace incidence. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of documenting can organize your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
