The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is uniquely constructed to refine problem-solving methods and to codify how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have discovered the optimal means to minimize trouble with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we experience under Racist work conditions should make sure to call in and share details. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear counter-racist tactics from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. The global holiday onslaught is in full gear, so we'll review counter-racist practices for office parties or potential gift exchanges.
