So you want to make a movie about an anachronistic crime fighting team based on a comic by Alan Moore? What could go wrong?

Well, if you're the director of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003), Stephen Norrington, everything. Starring Sean Connery, Peeta Wilson, Stuart Townsend, and Shane West, this comic book movie rocks a great concept, but falls apart in execution.

There are fun moments and ideas, but overall this film is boring. We'll explain what fell short, and also later re-cast it with our picks for a remake and tweak the story to improve it.
