Today, I’ll walk you through a change framework that a colleague and now very dear friend of mine, Deanna Rutland, and I created about 6 years ago. We created this framework for the Tech company that we worked for at the time and rolled it out to the organization with some success. I’m not sure if they still use the framework today, but I’ve used it in other organizations since and it has been really impactful.
