This week's episode I talk to my good friend and NLP therapist Mark Peters at Balance Approach https://www.nlpbirmingham.co.uk Mark is a good friend of mine, and was my NLP therapist when I had an ordeal while I was struggling with a relationship break up and I was lost, and drinking heavily for months, about 8-9 pints a day, smoked Joints, did cocaine. He helped me understand where I was having an internal problem, past issues with my dad, and how he saved me from my own sabotage by personalise short audio files when I was horrified by created by own lack of self esteem. Not only having session with him save me, help me toward recovery, but the daily listening to his recorded message where he gave me clear instructions to find within myself the strength to fight back and see the light at the end of the tunnel. This happened very quickly as within months I was cured, when I thought It would take me years to overcome the deep and creeping feeling of losing my girlfriend at the time. We will talk about actual tips and tricks to help you right now if you like me struggled with emotional management.
