Alex is the former head strength and conditioning coach with Dakota State University. He currently works with chiropractors in the Minneapolis area, and also works as a personal trainer and the regional breath belt director for the Twin Cities.
Alex is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and is also Level 1 and 2 Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) and Be Activated certified.
