On the Tuesday edition of The Best Of The Doug Gottlieb Show, Doug makes the analogy that, like teenagers today have lost perspective on the cost of the dollar, sports media and fans have lost perspective on the Seattle Seahawks. He thinks the take that the Seahawks and Pete Carroll are done is just wrong.

Mike Tomlin had a very blunt response to a question about the USC head coaching job, and Doug thinks Tomlin might be off-limits but that USC should try and ask everyone who might be unhappy in their current NFL situation. NBC Sports NFL Analyst Chris Simms joins Doug to go over the NFL Headlines heading into week 8 of the season.

Doug points out that the Cardinals-Packers Thursday Night game betting line moved a whole three points after news surfaced that Packers star Davante Adams tested positive for COVID. Doug says the odds makers must know something we don't know, like there are more infections than we are aware of: IE, Allen Lazard going on the COVID list earlier today.
