You will see some examples of how changing the way you look at things can actually change how your life looks to you, as well as things you can do to take charge of shaping your life to be what you want without waiting for those 'other people who are causing your misery' to change - especially since that isn't very likely to happen. These are skills that will not only help diminish any emotional dis-ease you might currently have, but also help prevent things that happen from interfering with your emotional health and happiness. If psychiatric medicine would fix everything, those many billions of pills would have made a much bigger impact by now. Learn to take charge of you feelings and start changing your life.
