In today’s episode, we talk about how the problem is not the problem. The problem, in fact, is the WAY in which you are looking at your external circumstances.

Focusing our attention, energies and time on those things that are outside of our control only does one thing:

Increases anxiety + decreases confidence

Okay, so that’s two things, but these two things are deeply connected. The more we focus on what we can’t control, the more anxious we become and the less confidence we feel.
