Today’s show is how we can better fuel our bodies for productivity and sleep and my guest is the AMAZING Jeanne Peters from Nourishing Wellness. This woman is AMAZING and she provides so much insight on this topic during our conversation.

As an ACSM Certified Wellness coach and Nutrition Therapist for over 36 years, Jeanne is dedicated to helping people experience the joy of an active healthy sustainable lifestyle. She has followed a career path that has earned her recognition as an expert in food and nutrition education. She received her B.S. Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979 and has been studying the interconnected issues of food, agriculture, the environment on the impact on healing for the past 28 years. She has extensively studied, written and spoken before her peers on issues related to sustainable food systems, coordinated school health, and food and nutrition policy for the young child.
