Most of us would assume that exercises like yoga or pilates would be the perfect fit for moms postpartum but they actually require modifications in order for them to support the healing of ab separation that occurs during pregnancy. In this episode, Catherine talks all about healing postpartum, considerations for the healing core via yoga and everyday activities - especially in healing diastasis recti. Most exercise facilities are not trained in this so it's critical to do your own education so that you can make safe modifications post-baby. Enjoy the episode!
