For some time now I've toggled with the idea of having a podcast but face the dilemma of:

"Who would I interview...Will people want to talk with...Would people even listen..."

It's amazing how our brain works and how it can cause us to be scared to do/try new things and on the other hand, can help us achieve even greater.

A great friend/brother/businessman, Fabrice Shema and I met at the YMCA where we worked together about 2 years ago whereupon meeting each other we clicked INSTANTLY, not because we are both from Africa (him from Rwanda and myself from Kenya) but the passion behind his words and the drive behind his actions. After talking countless times on the phone, he mentioned his story and how great it would be to share it so here's what we went over:
