What do you think of when you hear the word nourishment?

Maybe a giant bowl of mixed greens and fresh veggies.

Or a brightly colored fruit smoothie.

Or even a salmon fillet with a side of asparagus and sweet potato.

On this week's podcast, Annie Wagoner, founder of Core Nourishment, encourages us to expand our definition of nourishment.

And she really knows what she's talking about.

Annie is a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher (she has alllll the things!). She also supports women all over the world through her Wellness Portal, a virtual village for women to connect, nourish, and enliven through workouts, yoga classes, live calls, recipes, inspiration, and more.

Through Annie’s guidance, clients and yoga students (re)connect with joy and aliveness, and come back home to their innate wisdom, healing, and wellness.

And Annie reminds us that nourishment isn't just about food.

Indeed, Annie states, "Nourishment is so much more than just food, it’s really what feeds us."

And lots of things feed us.

Things like hugs from your kids, snuggling with your pets, singing your favorite song, laughing with friends, moving in ways your body loves--the list goes on and on and on.

Knowing what nourishes you is vital for your wellbeing, both physically and emotionally. And if you're not sure what does nourish you, create a list!

On this week's podcast, I have a really lovely chat with Annie about what nourishment means to her, how she began to connect with her body, what the challenges were in doing that, and how she helps her clients. Annie is such a wonderful human, and I was so happy to have the opportunity to speak with her. I could truly feel her Self-Energy, and I know you will too!
