The minimalist movement teaches us more than just reducing our physical waste.

In this episode, we explore how minimalists harnesses the time-tested truths of boundaries and discipline. Maybe you've chosen to live that #VanLife or have downsized to a flat in a great city's urban core. Perhaps you're redefining life after a divorce or a career shift. Regardless, intentionally pursuing less will ultimately reward you with more. Finding new "creature comforts" in your discomfort is a sign of growth and progress, and something I believe we should examine often in ourselves. Not being inundated by the constant stream of distractions surrounding us is a choice. After all, your life doesn't have to feel like a pinball moving throughout a pinball machine from one bumper to another ding to a catapult and so on with each passing moment; you're in control. Tune in, won't you?
