Another great podcast for you, and I'm thrilled to bring it to you!

This week's guest is one of the people I count as not only a good friend, but a mentor who doesn't know he's a mentor. Please meet former US Navy SEAL Jack Walston. I first met Jack when I took part in his "bootcamp" program in Central Park. Two weeks, from 4:45am to 6:45am, of pure hell. Jumping jacks, pushups, running, carrying, repeat. It was brutal. So brutal, in fact, that I've since done his course 12 times.

Jack is an amazing man, with great stories of his time in the "teams," but more importantly, he's a true inspiration to me. The value he's provided to me over the years will no doubt transfer over to you, as well.

"Mental toughness. It doesn't come in a can." -Jack Walston
