Cory & Rebecca Conklin Cory is a husband and father and has been overweight the majority of his life. For many years he ate a low carb diet off and on with some success but never stuck to it. At his highest he weighed almost 280lbs, and at his lowest he got down to 190lbs. Unfortunately, he let himself go after getting down to 190lbs, and got back up to 240lbs. Right before Thanksgiving of 2017 his wife Rebecca challenged him to lose weight, and on Thanksgiving day he started his journey of a Keto Lifestyle. Rebecca is a wife and mother, and unlike Cory has not had weight struggles her entire life. She has been a naturally thin person all of her life. After Rebecca and Cory got married, Rebecca had a difficult time trying to adjust her cooking habits to become low carb friendly. It was a struggle at first but over the last several years she has adapted very well to cooking keto meals and has even come up with several on her own for the family. Rebecca is a good example of someone who did not come to Keto or carnivore for weight loss but rather came to it for the other benefits. For the past two years Cory and Rebecca have been living the keto lifestyle and have seen dramatic changes in their health both mentally and physically. More recently they switched over to a more Carnivore approach and have seen even greater improvements both mentally and physically in their bodies. Together they raise their two boys Daniel and Samuel (6 and 4) who they started out as keto kids from day one because Cory did not want his boys to grow up with the pain and issues that he grew up with as a child. Together Cory and Rebecca are doing all that they can to help people understand that it is possible to live keto and low carb as a family and that it is healthy for adults and kids. They are accomplishing this by setting the example for others to follow and by providing people with products to make it easier to live keto, low carb and even carnivore.
